STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable prior to delivery taking place, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Grow Green Distribution Pty Ltd reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 1% of the sum remaining due per month. Grow Green Distribution Pty Ltd will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment. 
  3. Grow Green Distribution Pty Ltd undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Grow Green Distribution Pty Ltd cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  4. Due to the Nature of the Product, returns that have been opened, damaged, or close to expiry will not have a credit option. All returns are to be agreed by Grow Green before they will be processed..
  5. In order for it to be admissible, Grow Green Distribution Pty Ltd must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  6. Website
    1. Users may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained at www.naturesRelief.co.zafor marketing and other purposes without the consent of the provider.
  8. Electronic Communications
    1. By using this website or communicating with the provider by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communication should be in writing.
  10. E-Commerce & Privacy
    1. NaturesRelief.co.za and Grow Green Distribution sells various products online & offline. The use of any product or service bought from this website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds the provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages that may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website.
    2. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the user’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers, will be kept in the strictest confidence by the provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information – that is the delivery address and contact phone number – will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the provider under any circumstances.
    3. The provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the user may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
  12. The provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address.
  13. Payment Gateway
    1. Credit Card Transactions are acquired by PayFast (Pty) Ltd., a registered systems operator and payment gateway in South Africa. Card holders may go to www.paygate.co.za to view PayFast’s security policy
  15. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by South Africa law.
